HONOR Tablet GT Pro Launched, With 144 Hz OLED Display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Processor
HONOR Tablet GT Pro has just become official, as a brand new tablet, that sports a powerful CPU, large battery and a quite hefty screen. It’s interesting that it could easily be promoted as a gaming tablet, since it has the hardware for it.
HONOR Tablet GT Pro packs a 12.3 inch screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and a rather large 10.050 mAh battery, with support for fast charge, at 66W. The screen offers a resolution of 3000 x 1920 pixels, up to 144 Hz in refresh rate and 1600 nits of brightness. There are also quad speakers here, with IMAX Enhanced support, too. The CPU is accompanied by up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
There’s also a very large heat sink area of 40,000 mm2, that should help with cooling. On the software side we have MagicOS 8.0, based on Android 14 and the new tablet also brings a Magic Pencil 3 stylus. Android 15 should arrive pretty soon, with some AI smarts, too.
Price and availability
HONOR Tablet GT Pro is available in Moon Shadow White, Star Black and GT Blue. The price starts at $350 in China for the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage version.
