HONOR Pad X9 Max Tablet Launches, With 13 Inch Screen, Big Battery, Quad Speakers
A new HONOR tablet is upon us, this time the Pad X9 Max, that packs a 13 inch screen and a big battery. Plus quad speakers and 120 Hz refresh rate. For now, the device has been announcedin the UK and it brings an impressive 10.100 mAh battery.
The tablet runs on Android 16 and uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. There’s a 13 inch LCD display in the mix, with a resolution of 2500 x 1560 pixels, 120 Hz refresh rate and 700 nits of HBM brightness. There’s also support for 1.07 billion colors and the screen has a paper like viewing mode. DC Dimming also makes the cut, as well as TUV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and flicker free viewing.
Inside we find a rather modest CPU, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2, plus up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. There’s also support for microSD card slots up to 2 TB. The battery we mentioned above charges at 45W and should deliver up to 16 hours of video playback or up to 13 hours of reading with a single charge. The Pad X9 Max runs on MagicOS 10, base don Android 16 and has features like AI Memo, cross platform file sharing with Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, Windows, macOS.
It also delivers a 5 megapixel rear camera and 5 MP front camera.
All of these are crammed within a body that measures 6.72 mm and weighs 618 grams. .
Price and availability
HONOR Pad X9 Max comes in gray and in the UK it’s priced at $470, in the 4 GB RAM, 128 GB storage version. The 6 GB RAM, 256 GB model is priced at $600.
