Tecno Megapad 11 Tablet Announced, With 90 Hz Screen and MediaTek G99 Processor
Tecno MegaPad 11 is the latest tablet on the market right now, most likely being sold in Africa, Middle East, India and South Asia. Because that’s where Tecno operates. More info on the brand its products can be learned below.
First of all, Tecno is brand that belongs to the tech giant Transion. They have business particularly in Africa and the Middle East and they’re so big that at one point they were the fourth largest phone maker in the world. They own brands like Infinix and Tecno. Those usually make phones, but now they’ve gotten into tablets. Enter Tecno MegaPad 11, with an 11 inch screen and budget specs.
The device is based on an 11 inch IPS LCD display, with a 90 Hz refresh rate and a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution. It has a standard 16:10 aspect ratio. It also relies on a MediaTek G99 processor, together with 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. Storage is expandable via microSD card slot. There’s also an 8000 mAh battery, that supports 18W charging.
The tablet comes with two cameras on board, a 13 megapixel shooter at the back and an 8 megapixel shooter upfront, for videocalls. It even includes a quad speaker setup with Dolby Atmos. The body is made of metal. I’d be shocked if this device is priced above $200.
