Lenovo Legion Y700 Gaming Tablet Launched Internationally, With Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU in Tow
Lenovo Legion Y700 2023 was a pretty hardcore gaming oriented tablet, that debuted originally in China last year, but now it’s coming to the international market. We’re dealing with a debut in both EMEA and Asia, but other select markets have also been included.
The specs of the global version are the same as the ones of the Chinese one. The tablet features a 144 Hz 8.8 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. There’s also Dolby Vision and HDR10 support. Inside we find a not so old, not so new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage to accompany it.
There’s also a version with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot. The rectangular slate makes uses of a 13 megapixel main camera and a 2 MP Macro cam at the back, while relying on an 8 megapixel front shooter. A 6550 mAh battery keeps the lights on, with support for 45W wired charging in the mix too.
There’s also Legion ColdFront passive cooling, thanks to a dedicated vapor chamber. Legion Y700 2023 packs two USB-C ports, one of them supporting the DisplayPort 1.4 standard, meant for connecting to an external display. The product is priced at 599 euros in EMEA.
